SDCA welcomes CKW as a new member!

We are pleased that CKW Fiber Services, in addition to its connectivity services, is also continuously pushing ahead with the expansion of its data centre and colocation infrastructures and is now sending a clear signal by joining SDCA. The construction of the new data centre in Zug will cover a new region and significantly increase capacity within the CKW Datacenter Network Central Switzerland. The new data centre is geared towards energy efficiency, relies 100% on solar energy and is technologically state of the art. 

Thanks to the continuous expansion of its own stable and redundant fibre-optic network in the canton of Zug and the new “DC Zug” data centre, all relevant customer target groups can be optimally connected and integrated. In future, the “DC Zug” will also serve as a hub for connections to international hyperscalers in large industrial data centres outside central Switzerland.
